And I realized that I never posted once we got settled. We are renting a house in Lewes and looking for something more permanent. We intend to move the boat up to Delaware once we have an idea of where to keep it.

After an unusually quiet storm season, Hurricane Dean seems destined for our part of the Gulf. I know that a lot of things can change in a week so I am trying to be optimistic. I keep asking for just one more season, and promising that we will have the boat out of the Gulf and out of harm's way. Hopefully we can get our friends to take care of stowing everything for a potential storm.
